Harassment at workplaces is common these days. The reasons may be many but the only common effect of harassment is increased stress. Many people are harassed and discriminated based on the performance of work, gender, age, and others. It is very difficult for one to handle such situations. Here are some tips you can follow to deal with employment harassment.
- When you do not feel comfortable due to extreme and unbearable actions at workplace due to co-workers or management, then it is to be understood that you are harassed.
- Find the proper reasons of harassment faced by you frequently.
- Warn the particular person or group of people harassing you that its not acceptable. Ask the concerned person to stop the issue saying that you are being disturbed by it.

- Check whether any disciplinary action is taken on the person responsible for harassment or discrimination.
