  • Will Call is a service generally used for prior purchase of the tickets for events such as a play, sporting event, or concert. With the increase of the Internet and e commerce sites, which allow customers to buy tickets online, the popularity of this service has increased.

Delivering the product at the right time in a right way is a big challenge for the online retailers, as this is what influences the level of customer satisfaction.
