Want to Know About Glow Necklaces and Bracelets

A variety of glow products have been in use these days which brought a revolution to night parties. They can be used for party decorations, colored lighting, glow jewelries, glow cups for serving drinks and other night time games. Many types of glow products are available such as glow sticks, glow necklaces, glow bracelets, glow cups, glow bunny ears, glow glasses, and glow straw.

The work of glow stick is based on chemiluminescent reaction. Glowing colors are created by adding fluorescent dyes to the chemical mix containing Cyalume and hydrogen peroxide. The glow necklaces and bracelets are very thin and fragile. They have to be used and handled easily. Care should be taken that they are not activated accidentally. Until they are ready to be used, they have to be kept in tubes. A hoop is made by snapping the 22” long glow sticks through connecting the two ends of the sticks with the help of connectors. This forms glow necklaces. The diameter of the hoop can be about 7” and can fit on anyone's neck.

A variety of colors and styles of glow necklaces and bracelets are available. Glow necklaces are available in blue, green, yellow, pink and many other combination of colors. They are considered as perfect accessories for individuals of all ages. Many people are seen using glow necklaces and glow bracelets in parties, kids birthday parties and other night events. Usually glow necklaces are three times larger in length of a bracelet. Both men and women can use them. They can also be used by children to enjoy night parties.

The standard size of a glow necklace is found to be 22 inch long and 6mm in diameter. The size of a bracelet is found to be 8 inch long and 5mm in diameter. The length and brightness of the light is based on the amount of chemicals placed inside the sticks. So they glow for a longer time when the sticks are larger.
