Overcome Anxiety through Self Help

Stress is common to all the working people as the world has grown to be a place with high levels of competition. Healthy stress at work always results in positive results. But when it crosses its limit it results in various psychological and physical disasters.

The most common disaster followed by stress is anxiety disorder. While stress and anxiety may be same in the English dictionary, a disorder of anxiety is much more hazardous than normal stress.

The major treatment for anxiety disorder is preventing it from taking on you; because prevention is better than cure. You should be able to distinguish between normal anxiety and hazardous anxiety to prevent it. The major symptoms of anxiety disorder are feeling irritating on everything, not able to concentrate on anything, abnormal sweating, headache and fatigue, pounding heart, etc.

If the symptoms persist in extreme don’t be late to consult your doctor. Practice meditation to avoid such things disturbing your life.
