Also children of those type are hyperactive and impulsive. Babies born to such mothers show altered responses to increased tremors, visual stimulation, and a high-pitched cry that indicates problems in the development of nervous system. Marijuana consumption by a nursing mother is also risky to the baby. The THC passes to the baby through the breast milk in which the concentration of THC is more than that in blood. A study report says that the drug usage by the mother in the first month of breastfeeding impairs the infant's motor development that alters the control of muscle movement.

Can Marijuana Be Used Occasionally
